Kia to Introduce Lower Priced EV3 Electric Vehicle in US
Kia announced today at the New York Auto Show that it will sell the EV3 in the US later this year. The move aims to attract buyers as gasoline prices increase.
The South Korea automaker KIA CORP announced on Wednesday that it will begin selling a lower-priced electric vehicle in the United States later this year. During the New York Auto Show, the company confirmed that the EV3 model will be introduced to the American market as part of a strategic effort to revitalize electric vehicle sales.

Manufacturers are currently navigating a more difficult environment for battery-powered transport following the repeal of the $7,500 federal EV tax credit by Congress last year. Despite these headwinds, a recent rise in the price of WT GASOLINE has encouraged new interest in the sector, prompting automakers to focus on more accessible pricing to capture shifting consumer demand.
