These Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms”) constitute an agreement between the user (“you” or the “User”) and IUX24 MEDIA - FZCO, which operates a financial information and content platform providing tools, articles, news, financial data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (“AI”) features relating to finance and investment.
These Terms apply to your access to and use of the IUX24 website, including all services provided by IUX24 MEDIA - FZCO (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, connecting to, or using the website, or by using any Service on the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, and any other applicable terms, policies, and notices (collectively, the “Policies”) before using the Services. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are not below the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. The Services are not available to persons under 18 years of age. If IUX24 becomes aware that an account has been registered by a person under 18, IUX24 reserves the right to suspend or delete such an account immediately without prior notice.
1. Overview of the Services
IUX24 provides financial news, market information and insights, analytics, AI-powered analytical tools, and features that enable Users to aggregate, display, and analyze their own Portfolio data. Certain features, such as XurveAI, Portfolio Services, or advanced data and tools, may be available only to registered Users and/or Users subscribed to service plans specified by IUX24.
Certain IUX24 Services or features may not be available or permitted in certain countries or jurisdictions due to applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, or restrictions imposed by relevant third-party service providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of IUX24 complies with laws applicable to them. IUX24 does not represent that every Service is available or permitted in every country or jurisdiction and reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or withhold some or all Services where providing such Services may conflict with applicable requirements or restrictions.
2. User Accounts
- Registration: Users may be required to register an account to access certain Services.
- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their accounts.
- Accuracy of Information: Users represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and agree to keep such information up to date.
- Account Suspension/Termination: IUX24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User account immediately if the User breaches these Terms.
3. Paid Plans and Subscriptions
- Premium Services: Certain advanced features, such as higher-performance AI Chat Models or increased usage allowances, may require subscription to a paid service plan.
- Payment Processing: Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers designated by IUX24 using appropriate security measures for payment processing.
- Refund Policy: Subscription fees are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Financial Disclaimer and Liability
IUX24 is a platform that provides information, content, and analytical tools relating to finance and investment. The Services, information, content, analyses, tools, and outputs generated or processed by AI are intended for informational, analytical, and educational purposes and are not intended to constitute services as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or investment manager, or to create any such relationship between IUX24 and the User.
4.1 Service and Information Disclaimer
All IUX24 Services, market insights, analyses, and AI-generated outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
IUX24 makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Services, use of the Services, or any information provided, including, without limitation, implied warranties of quality or merchantability, non-infringement of third-party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose.
IUX24 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information or AI-generated outputs, and such information does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
Whether a User uses the Services free of charge or under a paid service plan, the liability of IUX24, including its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents, arising out of or in connection with the provision or use of the Services under these Terms shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
IUX24 shall not be liable to any User or third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including, without limitation, loss of revenue, savings, business opportunities, or profits, whether a claim arises in contract, warranty, negligence, or any other legal basis, even if IUX24 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4.3 Responsibility for Investment Decisions
Users agree that they are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating all information received from IUX24 and for making any investment or business decision.
By using the Services, Users accept the risks associated with independently analyzing financial information.
4.4 Market Data and Data Delays
Users acknowledge and agree that securities prices, indices, futures, foreign exchange (Forex), digital assets (Cryptocurrency), and other market data displayed through the IUX24 Services may not be real-time and may be delayed depending on the relevant source, data provider, or market.
Such information is provided solely for informational and analytical purposes and should not be used as the sole source for executing transactions or making trading decisions.
4.5 Third-Party Data and Rights
Certain information displayed through the Services, including index data, securities prices, Analyst Ratings, Price Targets, or analyst information and opinions, may be obtained from exchanges, data providers, or other third parties and may constitute the intellectual property of such parties.
Displaying third-party information or opinions through the Services does not mean that IUX24 endorses, agrees with, or recommends any such information or opinion.
Users must not store, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use such information without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder.
The Services may display advertisements, sponsored content, or commercial content from third parties. Display of such content does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by IUX24 of any related product, service, or person unless IUX24 expressly states otherwise.
4.6 Scope and Limitations of XurveAI
XurveAI is an AI system designed to provide information, explanations, knowledge, and analysis, including analysis of historical and current data, market data, news, patterns, changes, and trends apparent from relevant information. The scope of, and information that may be processed by, XurveAI may vary depending on the features or Services selected by the User.
Content, information, explanations, analyses, or outputs generated by XurveAI are intended solely for informational, analytical, and educational purposes. They are not intended to constitute, and should not be regarded as, financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to enter into any transaction or pursue any investment strategy.
XurveAI may process information provided by Users, information available through Services selected by Users, and information from other relevant sources. Such processing does not mean that IUX24 or XurveAI has assessed the suitability of any investment, transaction, or strategy for a User. Users are responsible for reviewing and evaluating outputs before relying on or using them.
4.7 AI-Generated or AI-Processed Content
IUX24 may use AI technology as part of the process of creating, editing, summarizing, translating, analyzing, or otherwise processing news, articles, data, and content published through the Services. Such content may rely on information from news sources, data providers, and other relevant sources.
AI-generated or AI-processed content is intended for informational, analytical, and educational purposes and is subject to the limitations regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and use of information set out in these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- use IUX24 for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activities;
- attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform’s content or technology;
- upload or publish harmful or malicious content; or
- infringe the intellectual property rights of IUX24 or any third party.
IUX24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these requirements.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Licence
If the Services permit Users to post, comment on, or publish content (“User Content”), Users retain ownership of such content. However, by publishing User Content, the User grants IUX24 MEDIA - FZCO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display such content through our Services and other media for promotional and service-development purposes.
6.2 Responsibility for Content
Users represent that they have lawful rights to the content they publish and that such content does not infringe third-party rights, laws, or regulations and does not constitute false information that causes public panic or market manipulation.
6.3 Right to Moderate Content
IUX24 reserves the sole right to review, remove, or modify User Content that it considers inappropriate, in breach of these Terms, or likely to create legal risk, without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The IUX24 website and all current and future content, including text, analyses, financial data, images, videos, audio, graphics, infographics, designs, software, AI models, algorithms, datasets, articles, directories, guides, and other content (“Content”), together with trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, copyrights, trade dress, patents, trade secrets, and all related intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”), are the property of IUX24 or its licensors, as applicable.
All Content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, as well as relevant international laws and conventions.
Users must not use, copy, distribute, sublicense, transfer, sell, lend, or commercially exploit any part of the Services or Content, including market data, without the prior written consent of IUX24.
Users must not copy, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from software or documentation provided electronically or through any other channel without the prior written authorization of IUX24.
8. Amendments to the Terms
IUX24 may amend or update these Terms from time to time. The latest version of the Terms will be published on our website.
Continued use of the Services after amended Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms, unless applicable law requires notice, consent, or acceptance in another form.
9. Electronic Communications
IUX24 may use Users’ contact information to send notices or communications necessary in relation to accounts, Services, security, changes to the Terms, or other matters relating to use of the Services.
Marketing communications, promotions, or special offers will be sent in accordance with applicable consent requirements or other applicable legal bases. Users may opt out of marketing communications through the specified channels. Such opt-out will not affect communications necessary for an account or the Services.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
