Revolut to Grow India Workforce to 5500 by End of 2026
Revolut plans to hire 1,600 staff in India to reach a headcount of 5,500 by late 2026. This expansion will base 40% of its global workforce in the country.

European fintech firm Revolut plans to base approximately 40% of its global workforce in India by the end of 2026 as it significantly expands its local global capability centre. Having committed 500 million pounds ($669.8 million) to its operations in the country over a five-year period starting in 2025, the company aims to add 1,600 roles through 2026, bringing its total local headcount to 5,500. Currently, the firm employs 12,000 people worldwide.
