The timing of upcoming negotiations on the 4.5-year-old conflict in Ukraine depends on developments in the Middle East and battlefield conditions, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said on Wednesday. Ushakov cast doubt on whether the next round of three-way talks would proceed next month as proposed. The postponement reflects regional fallout stemming from conflict involving Iran and the United States.
