The Kremlin stated on Wednesday ahead of a New York meeting that Russia sees no grounds for peace talks with Ukraine despite remaining open to dialogue. The stance comes ahead of discussions between United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The diplomatic friction persists as international intermediaries attempt to restart stalled negotiations.
