ISTAT reports Italy will see sub-1% growth for a fourth year. The bureau suggests learning from Spain by increasing labor participation and tech investment.
Italy will see GDP growth remain below 1% in 2025 for a fourth consecutive year, according to national statistics bureau ISTAT. The economy expanded just 2.3% between 2023 and 2025. This performance trails Spain, which recorded 9% expansion over the same three-year period.
