Battery electric vehicle registrations in Europe rose 13.6% year-on-year to 224,266 units in July, capturing a 25.7% market share. The growth was powered by strong momentum in France and Germany, which helped offset weaker demand in other regional segments. Nearly 1.5 million BEVs have been registered across Europe through July, marking a 30% increase compared to the same period in 2025.
