European Union member states are unlikely to reach an agreement on a proposed new package of sanctions against Russia RURU at a meeting scheduled for today, Monday. The lack of consensus among the member states is expected to prevent the bloc from adopting the proposed measures during the current EU foreign ministers meeting.
