Canada is intensifying efforts to conclude a free-trade agreement with the South American Mercosur trade bloc by the upcoming autumn. Speaking on the sidelines of a World Trade Organization ministerial conference in Cameroon, Canadian Minister of International Trade Maninder Sidhu expressed optimism regarding the accelerated timeline for the negotiations.
