Brazil Inflation Undershoots Forecasts
Brazils mid-month consumer prices rose less than expected in October, easing to 0.32 percent. The softer inflation data comes ahead of a tight presidential runoff and upcoming central bank rate decisions.

Brazil's IPCA-15 consumer price index rose 0.32% in the month to mid-October, falling short of the 0.43% increase expected by economists. The slowdown follows a 0.70% monthly increase recorded in the previous month.
