Xpeng CEO takes charge of robotics unit for mass production

Xpeng CEO He Xiaopeng will personally lead the robotics unit as the automaker prepares for mass production of humanoid robots by late 2026. The move follows a senior executive departure. The company aims to commercialize the technology starting in 2027.
