A federal appeals court upheld on Friday the Pentagon's blacklisting of Anthropic from military contracts, handing a victory to President Donald Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth. The 2-1 ruling by the United States Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. rejected Anthropic's challenge against its March designation as a national security risk.
