China will inject 360 billion yuan ($53.6 billion) into major state-owned insurers and banks, easing capital constraints to boost equity market investments. The Ministry of Finance plans to issue 300 billion yuan in special bonds to fund the recapitalization announced on Sunday. The support arrives earlier than expected, positioning insurers to increase long-term stock allocations.
