TESLA INC unveiled a redesigned Roadster powered by rocket-style thrusters during an unveiling event in the United States, scheduling production to start in 2028. The reveal arrives more than a decade after the automaker first showed a next-generation version of its electric sports car. Shares rose 5% in premarket trading on Friday following the demonstration.
