Tarsus to Buy Alkeus Pharmaceuticals for 800 Million
Tarsus Pharmaceuticals announced a cash and stock deal to acquire Alkeus Pharmaceuticals for up to 800 million dollars to expand its eye disease pipeline. The acquisition adds an experimental oral therapy for Stargardt disease, which the company estimates could represent a billion dollar opportunity.
