State Oil Company of Azerbaijan finalized its €3 billion acquisition of Italiana Petroli, the Italian oil refiner, and appointed new executive leadership. The Brachetti-Peretti family agreed to sell the company last September. The restructuring integrates the refiner into the broader SOCAR Group.
