Seviora to Integrate Asset Units
Singaporean investment firm Seviora Group plans to integrate three of its wholly-owned asset management companies into a single platform. The reorganization aims to enhance investor access to its capabilities while leaving other units unaffected.
Singapore's Seviora Group will combine three wholly-owned asset management units into a single platform on Thursday morning to broaden investor access. The restructuring unites Azalea, SeaTown, and Seviora Capital under one umbrella. The consolidation streamlines operations for Singapore's state investment firm Temasek-backed group, which managed the entities separately since 2020.
