Entrata Files for US IPO Following 23 Percent Revenue Jump
The Utah-based property management software provider reported a net income of 23.3 million dollars on revenue of 143.5 million dollars for the first quarter of 2026. Backed by Silver Lake and Blackstone, the company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ENT.
Property software maker Entrata filed for a United States IPO on Thursday after reporting a 23% revenue jump in early 2026. The filing follows a $4.3 billion valuation set during a 2025 funding round led by alternative asset manager Blackstone. Entrata joins a wave of summer listings as issuers move to capitalize on high investor demand.
Entrata reported net income of $23.3 million on revenue of $143.5 million for the three months ended March 31. This compares to a $13.9 million profit on $116.6 million in revenue during the same period last year. Entrata plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ENT.
