Eqyizen Investment, a unit of Shapoorji Pallonji Group based in India, plans to raise up to $200 million in rupee-denominated bonds maturing in July 2029. The fundraising follows previous debt issues earlier in the year as the conglomerate utilizes remaining borrowing limits. Investors are closely monitoring the group's leverage amid ongoing proposals to monetize assets.
