Russia Begins Arctic Oil Exports From Vostok Project
Russia has started commercial oil exports from the Arctic Vostok Oil project. Rosneft loaded crude onto ice-class tankers at the Bukhta Sever terminal. Initial exports are expected to average 150000 barrels per day this year.

Russia started commercial crude exports from its Vostok Oil project in September, shipping initial volumes from the newly built Bukhta Sever terminal on the Taimyr Peninsula. State-controlled Rosneft loaded 250,000 metric tons across three tankers during the month.
