The Oregon Supreme Court will on Tuesday review a verdict exposing BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INC-CL B subsidiary PacifiCorp to $1.25 billion in damages. The hearing centers on four 2020 wildfires across United States properties that destroyed more than 2,000 structures. The outcome could reinstate massive awards or force thousands of plaintiffs back to trial.
