MOL HUNGARIAN OIL AND GAS PL shares fell 1.9% after an explosion at its Tiszaujvaros plant in Hungary killed one person on May 22. The blast occurred during the restart of the Olefin 1 unit, which produces 370,000 metric tons of ethylene annually. The plant's ethylene output supplies MOL's internal polyethylene manufacturing and regional plastics packaging customers.
