Nigeria's Dangote oil refinery plans a $14.3B expansion to double capacity while launching an IPO aiming to raise 2.15 trillion naira ($1.63B). The offering is slated to be Africa's largest ever. The expansion programme, due for completion by 2029, will push daily processing capacity to 1.4 million barrels.
