Nebius to Raise 3.75 Billion Dollars via Convertible Loan
Nebius will use the loan to fund AI cloud services after deals with Meta and Nvidia. The firm maintains its 2026 revenue target of up to 9 billion dollars.
Nebius Group N.V. announced on Tuesday its intention to raise $3.75 billion through a convertible loan offering. As Europe’s largest artificial intelligence infrastructure provider, the company plans to utilize the proceeds to scale its core AI cloud services business.

The capital raise follows two major strategic milestones reached earlier this month. The company recently finalized a deal worth up to $27 billion to provide specialized AI computing power to Meta Platforms, Inc.. This was preceded by a $2 billion investment from NVIDIA Corporation, further cementing the firm's role in the global AI hardware and services ecosystem.
Regarding its financial performance, the fast-growing firm reported a net loss of $250 million for the fourth quarter on revenue of $228 million. However, leadership remains optimistic about the company's scaling capabilities. Nebius expects its annualized revenue run rate to surge to between $7 billion and $9 billion by the end of 2026, representing a substantial increase from the $1.25 billion run rate anticipated at the close of 2025.
The company confirmed on Monday that its financial guidance for 2026 remains unchanged despite the new debt offering.
