Meta weighs stock offering for AI infrastructure growth

Meta is considering raising tens of billions of dollars through a stock offering to finance its artificial intelligence ambitions following similar moves by Alphabet. The company recently increased its annual capital spending forecast to between $125 billion and $145 billion.
