Merck KGaA lifts 2026 profit outlook on strong momentum
The German group now expects adjusted EBITDA between 5.7 billion and 6.1 billion euros for 2026. This upgrade follows stronger performance in its Life Science division and a delay in market competition for the multiple sclerosis treatment Mavenclad.

MERCK KGAA raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of 5.7 billion euros to 6.1 billion euros. The previous forecast for the pharmaceuticals giant based in Germany spanned 5.5 billion euros to 6.0 billion euros. The revised midpoint of 5.9 billion euros exceeds the 5.8 billion euros consensus estimate analysts previously projected for 2026.
