KKCG Launches Voluntary Offer to Increase Stake in Italian Yacht Maker Ferretti

ITluxury yacht manufacturer Ferretti S.p.A. . The offer, priced at 3.50 euros per share, seeks to increase the stake held by KKCG through its unit KKCG Maritime from the current 14.5% to just below the 30% threshold that would trigger a mandatory full takeover. KKCG has no plans to take the company private through this action.
This bid values Ferretti S.p.A.at 1.2 billion euros according to Reuters calculations. The offer price represents a 21.3% premium compared to the stock price on December 11, 2025, before the China
CNbased main shareholder Weichai Power Co., Ltd. began a series of share purchases that pushed the price higher. However, the Milan-listed shares of Ferretti S.p.A. were trading at 3.63 euros at 1034 GMT on January 19, 2026, which is approximately 0.4% lower on the day but remains above the KKCG offer price. The company shares are also traded on the Ferretti S.p.A. (Hong Kong listing) bourse.
