The government of Italy has outlined a strategic roadmap for state asset disposals through 2028, aiming to generate revenue equivalent to approximately 0.8% of its national output. According to a multi-year budget plan (DFP) released on Thursday, these sales are expected to yield nearly 19 billion euros ($22.21 billion) as the country seeks to manage its significant public debt burden.
