Kalpataru and Shangrila Infracon to Raise 26 Billion Rupees

Kalpataru Properties and Shangrila Infracon India are planning to raise a combined 26 billion rupees through shorter-duration bonds. The firms are targeting private credit funds as banks remain selective in lending to the real estate sector.
