Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Corporate Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2026 in the lower house of parliament on Monday, aiming to promote the ease of doing business while simplifying compliance and regulations. The bill will become law once it is approved by both houses of parliament.
