SEBI Proposes Consolidated Pay Disclosure for Fund Managers

The Securities and Exchange Board of India proposed on Wednesday that asset managers disclose executive pay on a consolidated basis to protect privacy. Investors would still be able to request specific remuneration data for fund managers of the schemes they hold.
