Humanoid to deploy up to 2000 robots at Schaeffler plants

Humanoid will deploy up to 2,000 robots at SCHAEFFLER AG factories by 2032. The deal represents one of the largest planned manufacturing rollouts for the United Kingdom-based robotics firm. It signals a shift toward automating repetitive industrial tasks to mitigate labor shortages in Germany.

### Scaling Humanoid Automation Humanoid CEO Artem Sokolov told Reuters the rollout will span 1,000 to 2,000 units across global manufacturing sites. An initial phase runs from December 2026 through June 2027 at two German locations. The companies did not disclose the contract value.
