Haniel Sells BauWatch Stake to Carlyle and CVC
Haniel has agreed to sell a majority stake in Dutch security firm BauWatch to Carlyle and CVC in a deal valuing the company at one billion euros. Carlyle and CVC will each acquire forty-five percent while Haniel retains ten percent.

The private equity firms will each acquire a 45% stake in the security technology provider, while parent company Haniel retains a 10% holding.
