Consumer sentiment in Germany is projected to decline significantly heading into May as household income expectations reach their lowest point in three years. According to the latest survey published by the Nuremberg Institute for Market Decisions (NIM) and the GfK market research institute, the consumer climate index fell to -33.3 points for May, down from a revised -28.1 in April.
