Fed Chair Warsh Appoints Winfree and Heil as Advisers

Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh appointed Paul Winfree and Daniel Heil as interim policy advisers to the United States central bank. The two conservative veterans will serve as temporary contractors for policy analysis and planning while Warsh settles into his role. The appointments provide the Fed with immediate policy support as the new chair begins his tenure.
