EU signs 3.2 billion euro loan agreement with Ukraine

The European Commission signed a memorandum with Ukraine on May 20 to release €3.2B in macro-financial assistance by mid-June. The funds are part of a €90B financing package to support Kyiv through 2027 against the invasion by Russia. The disbursement supports the Ukrainian budget and military spending through the current fiscal year.
