EU energy ministers will meet on Thursday to discuss energy security and soaring fuel prices as conflicts in Iran, Ukraine, and Yemen disrupt global supplies. The emergency talks come ahead of the winter heating season as refinery damage and shipping bottlenecks drive up costs for Natural Gas and Brent Crude Oil to triple pre-war levels.
