BOMBARDIER INC-B is positioned to capitalize on long-term growth opportunities in India as the country aggressively expands its aviation infrastructure. Chief Executive Officer Eric Martel stated on Thursday that the development of new airports will facilitate increased sales of business jets in the world's most populous nation. Martel noted that while the company currently has about 60 jets operating in the region, limited infrastructure has previously acted as a constraint on expansion.
The whole infrastructure investment taking place over the next few years will definitely open doors for growth for us.
