BAYER AG-REG raised its full-year profit outlook on Tuesday following stronger-than-expected third-quarter pharmaceutical sales, sending shares up 5% during morning trading. The upgrade signals a potential operational rebound for the Germany-based health and agriculture conglomerate. The company has grappled with heavy debt and legal liabilities since its $63 billion acquisition of Monsanto in 2018.
