BOJ Governor Ueda hospitalised and will miss June meeting

Governor Kazuo Ueda will miss the June 15 to 16 policy meeting while receiving treatment for an infected liver cyst. Deputy Governor Ryozo Himino will preside over the rate review as the central bank considers raising interest rates to levels unseen in three decades.
