The Finance Minister of Bangladesh, Amir Khosru, has stated that the nation must address a critical capital deficit within its banking and private sectors to ensure the success of any economic reforms. Speaking at an event hosted by the Atlantic Council during the International Monetary Fund and World Bank spring meetings in Washington, Khosru emphasized that stabilizing these sectors is the primary hurdle for the country's recovery.
