Allied Blenders Bets on Premium Liquor and UK Trade Pact to Boost Margins

Allied Blenders targets eighteen percent margins by fiscal 2028 through a focus on premium spirits. The firm also expects gains from a UK trade agreement.

Allied Blenders and Distillers (ABD) announced on Friday a strategic plan to increase its operating margins to approximately 18% by fiscal 2028. The company, operating in India ININ, expects to achieve a near-term margin improvement of 200 basis points by the second half of fiscal 2027. This growth trajectory is centered on the expansion of its premium and prestige spirits portfolio and the anticipated benefits of reduced input costs stemming from the India–UK free trade pact.
