The United States administration committed $400 million in military aid to Ukraine on Thursday, locking in the remaining funds before an expiring deadline. The move averts the loss of $93 million in congressional funding earmarked for Kyiv. Lawmakers previously criticized the Pentagon for slow delivery timelines on the package.
