Canadian Dollar Heads for Third Weekly Decline

The Canadian dollar headed for its third straight weekly decline on Friday as domestic bond yields fell further below US rates. The loonie traded 0.1 percent lower while oil prices eased.

The Canada dollar fell 0.1% to 1.4152 per the United States dollar late Friday, heading for its third straight weekly decline. The currency lost 1.2% over the week, marking its steepest weekly drop since March.
