IUX24 Portfolio Additional Terms

Scope and Application

These additional terms for the Portfolio feature (the “Portfolio Terms”) apply to access to and use of features relating to the aggregation, display, and analysis of Portfolio data, together with other related features made available through IUX24 (collectively, the “Portfolio Services”). The Portfolio Services are provided by IUX24 MEDIA - FZCO (“IUX24”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and are subject to these Portfolio Terms together with the IUX24 General Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”) and the IUX24 Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

The Portfolio Services are available only to Users who have registered an IUX24 account and logged in in the manner specified by IUX24.

Before connecting a Broker account or commencing use of the Portfolio Services, Users must read and accept these Portfolio Terms in the manner specified by IUX24. By indicating acceptance, Users agree to be bound by these Portfolio Terms and the General Terms. If these Portfolio Terms conflict with the General Terms in relation to the Portfolio Services, these Portfolio Terms shall prevail only to the extent of such conflict.

Certain functions of the Portfolio Services may involve third-party services, including services used to connect a User’s Broker account to IUX24, which may be subject separately to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those third parties.

Nature and Scope of the Portfolio Services

The Portfolio Services enable Users to connect supported Broker accounts to IUX24 on a read-only basis in order to aggregate, display, and analyze information relating to their accounts and Portfolios. Such information may include holdings, Portfolio value, cash balances and Buying Power, profit and loss, historical performance, asset allocation and concentration, trade order history and status, account activity, market data, news, risk indicators, and other Portfolio-related information and analytical outputs.

Access to Broker accounts through the Portfolio Services is read-only. The Portfolio Services do not provide functionality for Users to submit, execute, modify, or cancel trade orders; deposit or withdraw funds; transfer money or assets; or change Broker account settings through the Portfolio Services. IUX24 does not hold, custody, or control Users’ money, securities, or other assets through the Portfolio Services. Users’ Broker accounts and assets remain under the custody of the relevant Broker or financial institution.

The Portfolio Services are intended as tools for information, analysis, and education to help Users understand information relating to their own Portfolios. IUX24 does not manage Portfolios, make investment decisions, or execute transactions on behalf of Users through the Portfolio Services.

Broker Account Connections and Third-Party Services

The Portfolio Services may use third-party account connectivity providers to enable Users to connect supported Broker accounts to IUX24. Users select and initiate the connection of their own accounts through the systems of such providers and/or the relevant Broker. IUX24 does not receive or store the username, password, or other Broker account login credentials entered by Users for purposes of establishing such connection.

Account connections through third-party providers may be separately subject to the applicable terms of service and privacy policies of those providers. Users must read and accept such terms in accordance with the required process before connecting an account. Service operation, connectivity, availability, and information received from Broker accounts may depend on Brokers, account connectivity providers, or other relevant third parties outside IUX24’s direct control.

The ability to connect Broker accounts and use the Portfolio Services may vary by country, jurisdiction, Broker, or relevant provider and may be subject to legal, regulatory, or third-party service-provider restrictions.

IUX24 may add, change, or discontinue third-party providers used for account connectivity or Portfolio Services as appropriate, subject to applicable requirements and the IUX24 Privacy Policy.

Portfolio Data and Third-Party Data

Information displayed or used in the Portfolio Services may be obtained from connected Broker accounts, account connectivity providers, market data providers, news providers, and other relevant third-party sources or services.

Information and analytical outputs displayed in the Portfolio Services may be aggregated, processed, calculated, or generated by IUX24 from information obtained from such sources. Accordingly, certain information, such as Portfolio value, profit or loss, performance, risk indicators, or other analytical outputs, may differ from information or calculations provided by a Broker or another provider.

Portfolio Analytics and XurveAI

The Portfolio Services may include analytical tools and XurveAI features that use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to process information available through the Portfolio Services, historical and current information, market data, news, third-party data, and information or questions submitted by Users in order to generate information, explanations, and analytical outputs, including analyses of patterns, changes, and trends apparent from such information.

Limitations Regarding Advice and Investment Decisions

The Portfolio Services, including information, analyses, indicators, and outputs generated by XurveAI, are intended solely for informational, analytical, and educational purposes. They are not intended to constitute, and should not be regarded as, investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and should not be interpreted as an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security, asset, or financial product.

Use of such information and Users’ investment decisions are subject to the provisions concerning responsibility for investment decisions and limitation of liability in the IUX24 General Terms.

Accuracy, Delays, and Limitations of Information

Information displayed through the Portfolio Services may be current, historical, or obtained from third parties and may be subject to differing update intervals or calculation methodologies. IUX24 does not represent that all information or analytical outputs are real-time or error-free. Such information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or differ from information provided by a Broker or original source.

Historical performance information, Benchmark comparisons, risk indicators, scenario simulations, pattern or trend analyses, and other analytical outputs reflect or process information based on the data and methodology used by the system at the relevant time and do not constitute any representation or guarantee of future performance, events, market conditions, or outcomes. Past performance or trends apparent from historical data do not necessarily recur or reflect future results.

User Duties and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that any Broker account connected to the Portfolio Services is an account that they are authorized to access and connect and must comply with applicable requirements of the Broker, account connectivity provider, and other relevant third parties.

Any decision or action concerning a User’s Broker account or investments must be carried out by the User through the relevant Broker or service provider separately from the Portfolio Services.

Disconnection, Suspension, and Changes to the Services

Users may disconnect a Broker account from the Portfolio Services in the manner specified by IUX24. Disconnection will prevent IUX24 from receiving new information from that account through the relevant connection. Information received or stored by IUX24 before disconnection will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

IUX24 may suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue the Portfolio Services or certain functions as necessary, including for maintenance, security, changes to third-party services, legal or regulatory requirements, or other circumstances that may affect provision of the Services.

Other Terms

Any matter not specifically addressed in these Portfolio Terms shall be governed by the IUX24 General Terms. The collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal data relating to the Portfolio Services shall be governed by the IUX24 Privacy Policy and applicable notices.
