The retail chain will offer 79.5 million common shares at 80,000 dong ($3.04) each to fund expansion and debt repayment. The move follows a surge in investor interest after Vietnam received an emerging market status upgrade from FTSE.
### Funding Growth in a Developing Market Dien May Xanh is targeting a 12% annual revenue increase to 122.5 trillion dong in 2026. Net profit is projected to rise 27% to 7.35 trillion dong over the same period, according to a company filing. These targets underpin a strategy to strengthen brand presence and improve corporate transparency.
