US-Ukrainian Fund to Invest in Drone Technology Startup
The U.S.-Ukrainian Reconstruction Investment Fund will make its first investment in Sine Engineering. The Lviv-based startup develops drone navigation software.
A joint reconstruction fund established by the United States and Ukraine is set to announce its inaugural investment in a domestic dual-use military technology firm. The U.S.-Ukrainian Reconstruction Investment Fund will provide capital to Sine Engineering, a Lviv-based startup specializing in navigational software for unmanned aerial vehicles.
The deal is expected to be formally unveiled on Wednesday by the Ukrainian government and the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). The investment vehicle was created as part of a strategic critical minerals agreement signed in April 2025 and began its formal operations in December.
