US Rescinds Disparate Impact Civil Rights Rule

The U.S. Transportation Department has rescinded regulations that prohibit policies with unintended discriminatory effects. Secretary Sean Duffy stated the agency will now only enforce rules against intentional discrimination following a 2025 executive order from President Trump.
