The United States Supreme Court will decide four major cases involving President Donald Trump by around the end of June, following a February ruling striking down global tariffs. These decisions involve birthright citizenship, the removal of Federal Reserve and FTC officials, and humanitarian protections for 356,100 immigrants. The rulings will define the limits of executive power over independent agencies and national immigration policy.
