At 4:37 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis rose 171 points, or 0.35%, S&P 500 E-minis gained 31 points, or 0.44%, and Nasdaq 100 E-minis added 155.5 points, or 0.58%.

The positive market sentiment reflects a strong desire for stability, even as questions remain regarding whether Israel and Tehran will fully adhere to the truce. Market participants are balancing this optimism against the risk of potential inflation spikes, though major indices like the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite have recently reached record highs despite elevated oil prices.

Kyle Rodda, a senior financial market analyst at Capital.com, highlighted the underlying tensions that could still disrupt the peace process.

The risk is (that) Irans domestic political dynamics and strategic tensions between the U.S. and Iran -- not to mention Israel -- maintain an inertia towards escalation.

President Trump clarified the diplomatic context of the extension through a social media statement, noting that the decision involved mediators from Pakistan.

The U.S. had agreed to a ‌request by Pakistani mediators to hold our Attack on the Country of Iran until such time as their leaders and representatives can come up with a unified proposal ... and discussions are concluded, one way or the other.

Beyond geopolitics, the market is focused on a significant wave of corporate earnings. Aerospace giant BOEING CO/THE and medical technology firm BOSTON SCIENTIFIC CORP are both set to report results before the opening bell. Later in the day, after the market close, investors will review figures from electric vehicle manufacturer TESLA INC, semiconductor producer TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INC, and carrier SOUTHWEST AIRLINES CO.

In other corporate developments, ADOBE INC saw its shares rise by 2.8% following the unveiling of a share repurchase program valued at up to $25 billion. Meanwhile, the cryptocurrency sector showed strength, with COINBASE GLOBAL INC -CLASS A and STRATEGY INC gaining 4% and 5.6%, respectively, in early trading activity.
